International shipments may be assessed VAT, duties, or customs fees.
Refusal to pay the taxes/fees assessed will result in the package being returned. In that case the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, both ways.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item purchase price or shipping charges. These charges are normally collected by the freight carrier at time of delivery and are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not to be confused with additional shipping charges/fees.
Please note that individual customs offices can reclassify these categories before clearance, causing changes in the rates charged. Chronicle Collectibles can not alter the local customs decision. Any disputes on these charges must be made with your local customs office directly.
Chronicle Collectibles will not declare product ordered at below the purchase price or as a “gift.” This practice is a violation of both United States and international regulations.
Requests to do so will not be considered.
30 Day Return/Exchange Policy (Product Guarantee)
Customers who purchased directly from Chronicle LLC should note that all returns/exchange inquiries must be received by Chronicle within 30 days of the original delivery date. A Chronicle representative will be in contact with you within 2-4 business days after receiving your inquiry. In the event that you do not hear from us, we strongly recommend that you confirm that we received your inquiry.
When processing a return/exchange the following guidelines need to be followed:
- The product must be returned in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you.
- It should include all figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, and outer shipment box, including all shipping cartons, if this is how it was sent to you.
- Returned items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be subject to damage product fee of up to 40% of the product price or non-acceptance of the return.
Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced. If you are exchanging a numbered item, please understand that you will not be able to get the same edition number.
We will pay for return shipping only when the return/exchange is a result of our error such as a defect, collectible damages, or an error in filling your order. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us. The refund will be for the purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges.
Order Cancellations & Refunding Payments
Customers who have placed an order or pre-order, may request their order be cancelled. All payments will be refunded, with the exception of the non-refundable portion. For products with a value up to $2500, the non-refundable portion is 10% of the product’s full retail value. For items over $2500, please contact customer service for details.
